- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0–2 years of public or corporate accounting experience with exposure to full-cycle processes
- Strong command of US GAAP
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- High-volume transaction processing and reconciliations
- Clear professional communication with employees, vendors, and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to meet month-end deadlines
Responsibilities
- Own the month-end close process: prepare/post journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and maintain audit-ready ledgers.
- Review bank transactions daily and execute monthly cash reconciliations.
- Manage AP operations: vendor communications, timely bill payments, and review contract renewal terms.
- Support AR: assist with customer billing, collections, and maintaining healthy cash flow.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for leadership and investors.
- Serve as the employee finance resource for expense compliance, reimbursements, and 401(k) inquiries.
- Partner with external audit and tax teams to deliver timely, accurate outputs.
- Identify process gaps and implement controls and automation to scale finance operations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
