The role

We’re looking for a Project-Based AI Video Content Creator for an exciting 8- to 12-week contract. This role is all about disrupting how we support healthcare professionals by turning our existing content into outstanding video tutorials using a brand-new, cutting-edge AI tool (HeyGen). If you're passionate about AI, love creating content, and want hands-on experience in a fast-moving tech environment, this is your chance. You’ll be on the front lines, helping us cut down support volume and seriously level up our user experience.

Where you’ll work

We're based in the Dallas area (Las Colinas/Irving), and you'll need to be in the office initially for training and collaboration. After that initial training period, you'll transition to a flexible remote or hybrid setup for this part-time contract role, which is up to 25 hours per week with flexible working hours that can easily accommodate student life or other commitments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Produce awesome, high-quality instructional videos using the HeyGen AI video generation software. No prior experience with HeyGen? No problem - we’ll get you trained.

  • Take complex, need-to-know processes (like credential verification and background checks) and turn them into super-simple, visual, and engaging video scripts.

  • Dive into our Help Center, finding the articles that are causing the most friction for our Independent Professionals and deciding which ones need the video treatment.

  • Collaborate with Credentialing, Operations, and other smart people across the company to make sure your videos are 100% accurate.

  • Get your videos published on the ShiftKey Help Center and help us roll them out across our mobile app and onboarding flows.

What you’ll need

  • You’re familiar with or have experience using AI prompting tools.

  • A creative mindset and a good eye for visual content.

  • A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, content creation, or video production.

  • The ability to take complicated stuff and break it down into simple, visual steps.

  • Detail-oriented with a knack for learning new software tools quickly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
