Position: AI Developer

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: US hours (9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for training and evaluation of AI models.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and workflows.
• Document AI development processes, models, and results.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices in AI development.

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in AI development and machine learning projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts.
