Software Support Specialist

Relativity Space is building autonomous rockets and a next-generation automated factory to enable rapid, scalable launches. The Terrestrial Software team seeks a Software Support Specialist to provide frontline support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot system issues, maintain documentation, and collaborate with engineers and product teams to keep manufacturing and launch workflows running smoothly.

Skills

Basic knowledge of enterprise business systems (ERP, MES, HRIS)
Experience with ticketing systems and incident triage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-service oriented with problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Familiarity with documenting technical solutions and KB maintenance

Responsibilities

Serve as first-line support for enterprise system issues and user inquiries
Monitor, triage, and respond to support tickets in a timely manner
Troubleshoot user issues and system errors, escalating when necessary
Document solutions and create/maintain knowledge base articles
Assist with system configurations, user account setup, and permissions
Support and run user testing sessions and basic UAT
Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects on issue resolution and feature requests

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
