Work Environment & Compensation

- Occasional on-site presence required 1/2x a month

- Salary range: $85,000 – $100,000, based on experience and qualifications
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using React and modern JavaScript technologies
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver intuitive, high‑quality user interfaces
- Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible, accessible, and performant
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to high engineering standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
- Strong hands‑on experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Backend development experience using Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
