Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Instructor with technical training sessions, support learners, troubleshoot lab issues, and conduct administrative duties including grading and attendance monitoring.
Skills: Basic knowledge of information technology areas including hardware, software, networking, security, and troubleshooting, along with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: Graduates of Per Scholas, relevant IT experience, recommendations from Per Scholas staff, and certifications such as CySa+ are preferred.
