Responsibilities
- Ensure partner-underwritten loans conform with partner program credit guidelines in a timely manner
- Apply minimum underwriting standards based on assigned simple credit box
- Collaborate with Partner Development Executive to provide consultative credit perspectives pre- and post-proposal
- Review and analyze partner underwriting packages for content, completeness, and credit risk
- Order and review due diligence and documentation, including field exams
- Analyze financial statement spreads and cash flows for credit assessment
- Meet management for new relationships above pre-determined transaction thresholds
- Coordinate pre-funding processes with documentation team and oversee closing documentation
- Manage existing partner-generated loans throughout their lifecycle
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience
- Typically 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's or equivalent
- Experience specific to renewable energy project finance or commercial underwriting
