Join NVIDIA’s Corporate Sustainability team to lead the operational hub of our sustainability function! As Director of Sustainability Reporting and Compliance, you will oversee and coordinate the company’s sustainability reporting efforts and compliance with global sustainability-related regulations. You will lead a team to drive critical data collection, coordinate cross-functional compliance efforts, and publish key data and reports, collaborating regularly with Legal, Finance, Facilities, Supply Chain, Corporate Communications, and Government Affairs.
What you'll be doing:
Oversee all sustainability reporting workstreams, including NVIDIA’s annual Sustainability Report, CSRD/ESRS compliance, and responses to key sustainability ratings and surveys (CDP, DJSI, MSCI, Sustainalytics, ISS, etc.).
Coordinate sustainability regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring that NVIDIA stays ahead of evolving requirements across jurisdictions (EU, US, and other key markets).
Directly manage sustainability team members, providing regular feedback, mentoring, and professional development support. Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
Coordinate GHG accounting, sustainability-focused data collection, reporting against targets, and audit preparation. Guarantee data integrity, consistency, and timely delivery in all reporting processes.
Advocate for NVIDIA’s perspective on policies and standards relating to sustainability reporting.
Find opportunities to streamline and automate reporting workflows, improve data management infrastructure, and build scalable processes as the function’s scope expands.
Provide support for special projects as needed.
What we need to see:
Over 15 overall years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility. At least 5 years involved significant operational, reporting, or compliance duties at a large public company or major consultancy.
5+ years of direct people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop team members, manage varied performance levels, and foster a collaborative team culture.
Deep expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (GRI, SASB/ISSB, TCFD/TNFD, CDP, CSRD/ESRS). Hands-on experience leading a reporting cycle from data collection through publication.
Strong working knowledge of GHG Protocol, Scope 1/2/3 emissions accounting, and third-party assurance processes.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, enforce deadlines, and maintain quality across complex deliverables.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain systems that keep a high-performing team running efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, business, law, or a related field. An advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Experience in the technology or semiconductor industry, with an understanding of the outstanding sustainability challenges and opportunities facing AI-focused companies.
Experience with ESG data management platforms and a record of improving data infrastructure and workflows.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 240,000 USD - 385,250 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
