Media & Press Relations Support

  • Manage screening logistics, including invitations, RSVP tracking, and post‑screening reaction summaries
  • Support film premiere execution: press check‑in, RSVP management, premiere placards, and media communications
  • Assist with junket and press coordination, including outreach, scheduling, confirmations, logistics, and materials distribution
  • Collaborate with the team on brainstorming initiatives that contribute fun, innovative, and buzzworthy ideas to film campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Support red carpet management and on‑site troubleshooting at premieres, conventions, and special events
  • Assist with outreach and pitching to local LA press, podcasts, radio, and other media outlets
  • Coordinate logistics for talk show, podcast, and special appearances (security lists, scheduling, pre‑interviews)
  • Attend and staff events (junkets, screenings, premieres, talk shows, talent appearances, etc.)
  • Proactively research and track relevant media—including podcasts, television, and digital outlets—to identify strong promotional opportunities and build/source targeted press contacts

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry
