Italian Associate QA Tester / Language Development Support (Remote)
Skills
- Fluency in Italian (native speakers preferred)
- Fluency in English
- Strong written and verbal communication in both languages
- Attention to detail and accuracy in language and gameplay verification
- Experience writing bug reports and executing test cases
- Comfort working independently and within a team
- Familiarity with PS4 and PS5 systems
- Willingness to provide constructive feedback across departments
Responsibilities
- Identify, log, and track gameplay issues and localization defects
- Conduct ad hoc testing and regression testing as needed
- Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases
- Verify and validate in-game non-English (Italian) dialogue and text for accuracy and cultural relevance
- Provide language development support and feedback to localization and development teams
- Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams and participate in triage
- Adapt to schedule changes and work overtime when required
- Complete assigned QA assessments as part of the application process
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-high-school education (college, technical school) is a plus
