Skills
- Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis
- Dashboard development using Power BI and/or Tableau
- Experience with enterprise planning and financial systems (Oracle, Anaplan, Workday Financials or similar)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities
- Lead the annual operating plan and reforecast processes, producing consolidated EBITDA and net income projections
- Partner with shared services leaders on expense budgeting including headcount, professional fees, travel, and other SG&A
- Perform financial scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform strategic and operational decisions
- Design, develop, and deliver automated dashboards and recurring performance reports for operational and executive leadership
- Own bookings and backlog reporting and synthesize insights on trends by vertical, vendor, and customer
- Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements, new reporting capabilities, and advanced analytics tools
- Provide ad hoc financial analyses and executive-level presentations as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (required)
- Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA/CFA) preferred
