  • Establish and maintain consistent naming conventions and documentation standards.
  • Enter and maintain manufacturing data within ERP, MES, or other production management systems.
  • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to standardize tooling, reduce setup variability, and improve machining process consistency.

Process Documentation & Standardization

  • Maintain revision control of setup documentation, tooling lists, and machining process standards.
  • Ensure process documentation aligns with engineering changes and approved manufacturing methods.
  • Coordinate updates to routings, work instructions, and CNC programs when product or process changes occur.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting CNC machining or tooling operations.
  • Experience supporting CNC machining processes, including editing, proving out, or assisting with CNC programs.
  • Familiarity with machining tooling including identification, selection, and basic optimization.
  • Working knowledge of CNC machining processes, cutting tools, and fixture concepts used in production machining.
  • Ability to organize and maintain manufacturing process data with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to document manufacturing processes and develop clear work instructions.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
