Core Responsibilities:
As a Member Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for working with the Office of the Health Insurance Marketplace (OHIM) leadership (Director, COO, Policy & Outreach Director) to lead the development of communication and education materials and strategies for members, potential consumers and the public. The position will serve as a subject matter expert on member communication and engagement strategies and health literacy.
