- Experience with CI/CD, RBAC, and cost optimization in data platforms
- Ability to translate datasets into physical-world meaning for engineering stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead data onboarding for new programs with foundries, OSATs, and internal engineering teams
- Define and enforce data formats, delivery mechanisms, and quality standards for HVM ramps
- Design, build, and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines from wafer-level test to system validation
- Develop and maintain dbt data models on Snowflake serving analytics and AI/ML workflows
- Implement orchestration workflows (Dagster) and CI/CD for reliable, observable data delivery
- Build data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting to ensure production reliability
- Create performance metrics pipelines and stakeholder reporting; provide onboarding and training
- Contribute to platform infrastructure (RBAC, cost optimization, self-service tooling) and architectural decisions
- Mentor and grow junior engineers on data engineering and domain-specific context
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Photonics, Electrical Engineering, Data Engineering, Physics, or related field required
- Master’s or PhD in a related field preferred
