Responsibilities
- Manage strategy and resolution of employment-related disputes including wage & hour, discrimination, and retaliation matters
- Advise on non-employment claims such as service incidents, professional liability, and operational risks
- Draft and respond to attorney demand letters and pre-litigation correspondence
- Partner with People, Operations, and leadership to provide practical, risk-balanced legal guidance
- Identify systemic legal risks and design scalable, data-driven solutions and playbooks
- Manage outside counsel, litigation spend, and ensure efficient, high-quality representation
- Represent the company in administrative proceedings (EEOC, state agencies, etc.) as needed
- Develop and enhance legal processes, training materials, and technology-enabled workflows
- Support internal investigations and sensitive employee matters with sound judgment
Education
- J.D. degree and active bar membership
- Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
