Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end operational aspects of remote and in-person research (scheduling, participant communication, screener calls, recruitment pipelines, incentives).
- Standardize and maintain research documentation, playbooks, templates, training materials, and the internal research repository.
- Define and maintain how insights and research summaries are documented, shared, and consumed across the organization.
- Collaborate with UX Research and Design leadership to identify and implement process improvements, tools, and templates.
- Drive visibility of research projects and findings via newsletters, internal communications, and repository updates.
- Manage research operations budget: forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
- Plan and coordinate in-person research logistics and events, including vendor coordination and participant experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant coursework or certifications in research, UX, operations, or project management considered a plus
