Skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and accounting operations
- 3+ years working with or within Accounting teams at SaaS/tech companies
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms (reports, saved searches, workflows)
- Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
- Troubleshooting and escalation aptitude
- Familiarity with procure-to-pay platforms and integrating ERP with ancillary systems
- Comfort documenting processes and maintaining runbooks
Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage support requests from Accounting and Finance via Slack and Asana
- Investigate and resolve system issues or escalate based on complexity and ownership
- Provide end-user support in NetSuite for saved searches, reporting, and minor customizations (forms, records, workflows)
- Collaborate with Revenue, Corporate, and International Accounting on daily and month-end system needs
- Maintain clear documentation for support processes, system changes, and known issues
- Administer and support procure-to-pay platform operations
- Contribute to small-scale systems improvements and operational efficiency projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams on launches (new bank accounts, payroll companies, integrations)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional experience in accounting systems and finance operations
