We are seeking an Associate Director of FP&A to support corporate and program level planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This individual will partner closely with R&D, Program Management, Clinical, Tech Ops, and G&A teams to deliver high quality financial insights, support decision making, and ensure disciplined financial management in a dynamic, science-driven environment.  

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high growth biotech, can balance strategic thinking with hands on execution, and is excited to build scalable FP&A processes.  Please note, this person must be local to the Waltham, MA office and have experience in the life sciences, biotech FP&A-space.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience within biotech or pharma space
• Experience supporting R&D, clinical development, or other multiprogram environments 
• Experience with biotech planning cycles (e.g., program budgeting, CRO/CMO forecasting) preferred 
• Familiarity with ERP systems, planning tools, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights a plus) 
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate complex concepts clearly 
• Ability to manage competing priorities and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail 
• Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs 
• Strong interpersonal skills and business judgment 
• Collaborative team player
