- Proven experience teaching technical content to diverse audience sizes
- Strong SQL skills
- Solid technical knowledge of DBMS, OLAP, distributed systems, cloud/SaaS platforms, and big data
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and translate them into effective training
- Comfortable with regional travel throughout North America
- Self-motivated with strong ownership and project delivery in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructor-led and on-demand ClickHouse courses, including slides, videos, and hands-on labs
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to define course scope and technical content for target personas
- Produce high-quality on-demand training materials for ClickHouse Academy with other curriculum developers
- Deliver live virtual and in-person training for public courses, private customer engagements, meetups, and conferences
- Design and author quizzes, certification exams, and assessment content for credential programs
- Establish and maintain a community presence via social channels, talks, and conference sessions
- Travel regionally across North America for customer training, meetups, and events
- Iterate on course materials based on learner feedback, product changes, and new platform capabilities
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred
- Equivalent practical experience in lieu of degree accepted
