Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor and thought leader on front-end architecture and best practices
- Lead front-end design decisions for Angular-based applications
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate with Java-based services and APIs
- Mentor, train, and upskill Callibrity and client team members
- Align technical solutions with business goals and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
- Promote Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Test Automation, and TDD practices
- Proactively identify challenges and propose scalable, maintainable solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and take ownership of delivery
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
