The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for an Information Technology Business Operations Chief of Staff (Lead or Senior) to join the team in Hazelwood, MO; Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; or El Segundo CA, to drive organizational operations with clear, connected, efficient processes. This role reports to the Chief of Staff to the Boeing Enterprise Security Chief Security Officer (CSO).
The selected candidate will support the Enterprise Classified Security organization, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to support an executive director with multiple areas of responsibility. As Chief of Staff (CoS), you will partner directly with the Executive Director to accelerate strategic priorities, ensure program delivery, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Operating where strategy, execution, and communication meet, the CoS turns complex technical and commercial conversations into clear recommendations for leaders and ensures steady advancement of strategic work.
The ideal candidate is a decisive problem solver with a “get-it-done” attitude who removes obstacles and delivers results while aligning daily activities to a broader operating model.
