Responsibilities
- Produce regular business reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual) with performance tracking and trend analysis
- Translate data into structured narratives and insights that inform stakeholder decisions
- Identify and call out risks, anomalies, and opportunities from data
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis and research requests from WW category and other teams
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on programs, initiatives, and business performance
- Define, track, and maintain key performance metrics (KPIs) and reporting standards
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting outputs
- Identify opportunities to automate or improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual work
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to understand needs and deliver tailored analytics
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of data familiarity
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field required
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred but not required
