- Deep technical fluency in LLMs, RAG, agents, evals, observability, and orchestration frameworks
- Strong Python proficiency and hands-on experience building/deploying on at least one major cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience designing and shipping integrations and reference architectures
- Proven partnership operations experience with hyperscalers or strategic ISVs
- Excellent public speaking and written communication for conferences, podcasts, and technical content
- Cross-functional collaboration skills to work with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and DevRel
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical face (field CTO) for hyperscaler and ISV partnerships, advising partner product and solutions leaders.
- Develop and maintain multi-threaded relationships across AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, NVIDIA, and emerging AI partners.
- Define and prioritize Arize's integration roadmap with partner platforms, agent frameworks, model and data platforms.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope, deliver, and launch integrations that enable product-led growth.
- Partner with Solutions Architecture to create reference architectures, 'better together' designs, and production-ready deployments.
- Author technical content: cookbooks, sample repos, blogs, videos, and podcasts demonstrating joint solutions.
- Train and enable partner SAs, sellers, and CSEs through workshops, deep-dives, and joint POCs.
- Source and accelerate co-sell pipeline via marketplace listings, partner-led POCs, and joint customer engagements.
- Represent Arize at partner events and on stages (re:Invent, Google NEXT) to drive awareness and demand.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant field is a plus but not required
