Treasury, Senior Analyst

AppLovin builds software and AI solutions to help businesses reach and grow their audiences. The Treasury team in Palo Alto is hiring a Treasury Senior Analyst, Credit and Collections to own credit and collections processes, analyze customer payment behavior, produce AR reporting, and drive operational improvements across cross-functional stakeholders.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and modeling
  • Experience with AR aging and collections operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with BI reporting tools for dashboards and reporting
  • Ability to analyze data, build financial models, and draw actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports on customer performance, payment history, credit line usage and investigate variances
  • Support weekly and monthly AR aging reports and quarter-end reporting
  • Identify and research overdue accounts/invoices; analyze trends and root causes of payment behavior
  • Communicate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
  • Coordinate with outside collection agencies and track status/updates
  • Enhance credit and collections processes and document standard operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting practices, and applicable regulations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field
