- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and modeling
- Experience with AR aging and collections operations
- Strong written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with BI reporting tools for dashboards and reporting
- Ability to analyze data, build financial models, and draw actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports on customer performance, payment history, credit line usage and investigate variances
- Support weekly and monthly AR aging reports and quarter-end reporting
- Identify and research overdue accounts/invoices; analyze trends and root causes of payment behavior
- Communicate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
- Coordinate with outside collection agencies and track status/updates
- Enhance credit and collections processes and document standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting practices, and applicable regulations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field
