- Bachelorâs degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years automotive experience in a fast-paced environment
- At least 2 years working on customer-visible systems/components (A-surfaces)
- Experience with CAD-based reviews and virtual model evaluation (VRED advantageous)
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with AI-based analysis/visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional interaction
- Ability to prioritize, work with urgency, and deliver to tight timelines
- Willingness to travel occasionally to plants and supplier sites
Responsibilities
- Benchmark client and competitive vehicles to establish PQ context and targets
- Define, document and communicate PQ targets and the ârecipeâ to cross-functional teams
- Conduct virtual assessments using CAD systems and VRED models
- Perform in-person assessments at CTC, plants, and supplier locations as required
- Drive issue identification and resolution through escalation and tracking processes
- Provide PQ input at working-level meetings and status reviews
- Collaborate with local and global PQ counterparts to standardize processes and share learnings
- Prepare analysis, visualizations, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools
Education
- Bachelorâs degree (Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field preferred)
- Degree from an accredited university
