Skills
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for implementation, workspace analysis, or support.
- Basic familiarity or desire to master Adobe Experience Platform products (AEP, AJO, RT-CDP, Target).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data issues and produce actionable insights.
- Clear client-facing communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in parallel with strong organization.
Responsibilities
- Contribute as a practitioner on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementations and support engagements, including configuring data views and building workspace projects.
- Produce high-quality, CJA-centered client deliverables (technical configurations, performance reports, solution documentation) covering the initial 80% of the deliverable.
- Own individual work streams within larger projects, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate progress and blockers.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and escalate issues or opportunities to senior team members when appropriate.
- Translate technical features of Adobe Experience Cloud into business value for clients and surface underlying business drivers.
- Develop and maintain technical proficiency across Adobe Experience Cloud products (CJA, AEP, AJO, RT-CDP, Target).
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, or related field preferred but not required.
- Equivalent practical experience and demonstrated ability to learn new tools and processes quickly accepted.
