Responsibilities
- Design and lead technical architecture for Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning/EPBCS, PCM) including dimensions, hierarchies, security, and data flows
- Develop and optimize business rules, Groovy/Calc Manager calculations, forms, dashboards, and reporting objects
- Orchestrate data integrations using EPM Data Integration, EPM Automate, REST APIs and reconcile with Oracle ERP Cloud/EBS
- Manage environments (dev/test/prod), performance tuning, snapshot strategy, code reviews, and release processes
- Drive SIT/UAT planning, defect triage, cutover execution, go‑live support, and stabilization with technical runbooks
- Partner with product owners and federal stakeholders to align technical solutions with OMB budgeting cycles, funds structure, and reporting needs
- Lead and mentor cross‑functional technical delivery teams to deliver quality, secure, and maintainable solutions
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Relevant Oracle EPM certifications or equivalent professional training preferred
